Sjoelingstad Uldvarefarik is a more than 100 year old spinning mill for woollen garments situated close to the town of Mandal in the far South part of Norway. As the main building was damaged by fire during 1945, a new building was build a year after in reinforced concrete. Later, the facades has shown increased damage due to reinforcement corrosion. As this old factory with all the original machines are a living museum, open for public it is important that also the facades are protected for future generations.
Protector`s Camur ZEBRA system was chosen to protect the reinforcement, and is installed as an integrated part of the new board sheathe render applied to all the walls. The Camur ZEBRA CP system is remotely controlled pr. telephone line.
